My order

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

Do I need a business license to buy your products?

No, you do not need a license to order products on our website. Our prices are wholesale to the public.

How can I pay in my local currency?

All product prices and shipping costs on 7magic Inc are quoted in US Dollars (US $).
However, the  Euro (EUR), Japanese Yen (JPY), India ( INR), China (CNY), Philippines (PHP ), Soul korea (KRW), Thailand (THB) are also accepted when you pay by credit/debit card.

When you pay by credit card, your transaction automatically gets converted into one of the following currencies: US Dollar, Euro (EUR), Japanese Yen (JPY), India ( INR), China ( CNY ), Philippines (PHP), Soul korea (KRW) , Thailand (THB)

I paid for my order already, but I haven’t received a message from my bank. What’s going on?

Because we are processing a high of amount payments at the same time, it might take a bit longer than usual before you get an update from your bank.

  • If the order status says: Payment being verified, it means we’ve already started processing your payment.

  • Please check your order status again in 6 hours.

Can I use other payment methods such as Paypal, installment, COD, Discover card?

Currently, the following payment methods are accepted on 7Magic : Visa, MasterCard, Western Union, Banking,Alipay ,Wechat pay , Paypal

PayPal The safer, easier way to pay.

3.9%+0.3$ Subcharge on Total as paypal fees and exchange fees.

We accept paypal payment only if the amount (including shipping fee) is under US$3000. Authorized letter will be requested if payment amount exceeds (Western union transfer or bank transfer is recommended if that happens).

According to the rules of Paypal, we must send package to the corresponding address of Paypal account. So please make sure your shipping address in order is same with the address in your paypal account, or we can’t handle your order on time.

If you don’t have paypal account, it doesn’t matter. You can also pay via paypal with your credit card or bank debit card.

Shipping Information

What is the difference between actual weight and volumetric weight and what will I be charged for?

Actual weight is exactly what it means, the weight of the package. Volumetric weight takes into consideration the dimensions of the package, so if you order a tall vase, the package volumetric weight will be calculated based on the length x width x height divided by 5000.

When your Shop&Ship package is received by our office, we calculate both the actual weight of the package and its volumetric weight; the larger figure will be applied to your package. This procedure is followed by all airlines and freight forwarding companies.

What are supported shipping methods on 7magic Inc ?

We are using International Express Shipping Services, including UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS,FEDEX ,DNJ Express shipping companies for door-to-door international delivery service. 

Why is the value of my order on the invoice lower than the actual value?

The order will be declared as sample or lower value to eliminate&minimize the your custom`s tax, and easy the custom proceeding .(In most condition ,you needn’t pay the tax. But a little time, as a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make a order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.)

Return/refund policy

We will replace any of our items if it has a defect. A replacement will be shipped to you upon receipt of the faulty item. Please be careful when selected an item for purchase to ensure it is right for you. If you have any questions regarding a prop or effect, please contact us and we will do our best to answer your questions.

What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?

   if your order has been damaged when you receive it, try to take a photograph of the package and express your refusal to accept it. In this case, please contact our customer service as promptly as possible.

7Magic Inc do not accept return if:

-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

7 Magic Inc accept return if:

Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

*Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

*Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if EMS’ cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
